Preparing The Mind For Activation

From this article onwards, we shall look into some of the practical ways to activate the latent abilities of the subconscious mind, and how to use these powers to help you live a happy and prosperous life.

Act 1: The Physical Health Of The Brain

Just like your breathing is dependent upon your nose, mouth and lungs, the powers of the mind are primarily dependant upon the brain inside your head.

If we have a nose, mouth or lung problem we can’t breathe properly, similarly, if our brain is in a poor state of health it cannot function properly, especially when it comes to activating its latent powers.

The proper functioning of the brain is also very important, because it is the headquarter of all the organs within the body.

The health of the brain is largely dependent upon your diet. Research carried out in the field of neuroscience, has shown that by eating the right food you can change your mood, increase your I.Q level, sharpen your memory, increase ability to remember dreams, increase focus and keep your brain young and healthy.

The key elements needed by the brain are food, water, oxygen and a nutritious diet. Natural food containing vitamins and minerals, is essential for the proper functioning of neurons and neurotransmitters.

In learning telepathy and meditation, a sharp and sound performance of neurotransmitters is very much required, therefore you need to take foods rich in Vitamin B complex, Vitamin A, C & E, Magnesium, Manganese, Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, Omega 3 fats, Carbohydrates, Protein and Choline.

In order to combine all the above mentioned nutritious elements, I have prepared a special recipe which includes all these essential minerals and vitamins.

This recipe (Sandwich) may not taste good, but it should be taken as a brain supplement twice a day, irrespective of its taste/colour.

The Brain Supplement

Ingredients

• Cabbage, Cauliflower, Cheese (cheddar)
• Corn beans, nuts/Almonds
• Vegetables / potatoes
• Spinach and whole-grain bread (Magnesium Rich)
• Sea salt or table salt (sea salt is preferred)
• Potato chips crisps / Sweet potatoes
• Orange Juice
• Honey

Recipe

1. Filling

Mash 2 potatoes, 1 sweet potato, a few Almonds, 1 cup of cabbage / cauliflower, 1 slice of cheese, 9 to 10 leaves of spinach, 2 spoons of boiled corn-beans and mix all these ingredients.

2. Take two slices of whole-grain bread. Apply honey on both slices and then put the filling inside. You may toast it mildly.

3. Take this sandwich with a glass of orange juice and one bowl full of potato chips, sprinkle table or sea salt on chips (crisps).

The Polarisation

Remember that before you take the sandwich, chips and juice you should keep them under a pure indigo or blue light.

A night bulb can be of great use, or you could use an indigo or blue cellophane paper around an ordinary 100watt bulb for faster results.

The supplement should be kept under this light for at least 4 to 5 hours. Keep care that no other light should be there.

The indigo or blue light would greatly increase and charge the food particles, and especially the amino-acids to fasten the performance of neurotransmitters. This will help to produce Alpha brain waves during the waking state.

Precaution

• Avoid sugar, chocolates & artificially preserved food flavours / juices.
• Use mostly natural food without cooking it much.
• Salad like food is highly recommended.
• Always substitute sugar with honey. 

Warning

• Keep yourself at a great distance from junk food (It will turn your brain into a junk).

• Don’t refrigerate the supplement. Always prepare a new supplement everyday.

• Don’t use any kind of drugs or sleeping pills. If you have been using them you must give yourself a break of 90 days before attempting any of the below exercises.

• Avoid alcohol as much as possible, because even a very small amount of it could damage the dendrites of brain cells.

Thus any activation of such powers could be adversely affected, as dendrites are responsible for the transmission of messages in the brain.

You should start taking this supplement as soon as possible, and keep continuing it for as long as possible. After taking it constantly for a minimum of 3 to 4 days, you should start doing the following exercise.

 Act 2:  Activating The Crown Chakra

This exercise is the first exercise to prepare your mind and body to actively and consciously send and receive electrical impulses/signals, and to energise and activate the Crown Chakra which is responsible for these processes.

Exercise 1

Preparation:

• You should be wearing soft clothes which should not be skin-tight.

• The best timing is at night before sleeping or at morning just after waking up.

• Light music or sound of ocean waves, rain or something like this must be played in the background in a pleasant volume.

• This exercise should be done when 2 or more hours have passed after taking the dinner/breakfast.

Steps: Close your eyes and then;

1. Breathing

• Inhale the air so that you fill your lungs.

• While inhaling, imagine that the entering air is of vibrant indigo/purple colour. Hold it for a few seconds, and then exhale it from your mouth.

• While exhaling you should imagine that the outgoing air is of a dark black colour, containing all the impurities from your mind.

• Your mouth should make an “O” shape when you exhaust it.

• This is one cycle. Complete 7 cycles like this.

2. Put your hands at a distance of a few inches from one another near to your chest, just like in a position as if you were holding a ball in your hands. Now start sensing that the hands are getting warmer.

3. When you can easily feel a warm sensation in your hands, imagine that you are holding a glowing indigo/purple light energy ball in your hands.

4. When u start feeling the energy ball try to lightly play with it, to make sure that you are really holding it. You can play slowly by moving the hands from right to left and left to right, while keeping the same distance between palms.

5. When you are sure that you are holding it and at least 3 minutes have been passed, slowly take the ball near to your forehead and then diffuse it into your forehead, which is the principal seat of the Crown Chakra.

You need to keep doing this exercise constantly for 7 days without any gap. In case there would be any single gap, you would have to restart the exercise for another 7 continuous days.

A major sign of success in this exercise is the formation of a very strong energy ball, where you feel as if you are holding a real ball. You can put and roll it on your thighs and can feel the presence of it very easily.

The Meditation Journal

It is best if you make a special journal for your meditational experiences. In this journal you need to write down your feelings and experiences when you have started the first abovementioned exercise.

It is not necessary that you write it daily, but whenever you feel something different, or experience a strange or lucid dream, or anything else that you feel is strange, you should write it down in the journal with the date and time.
