Exercise To Activate The Crown Chakra

In this article we will look at some exercises you can do to help activate your crown chakra.

ACT III. Wearing The Crown : Preparation

• For this exercise you need Microsoft PowerPoint to be installed on your PC, and it is presumed that you know the basics of PowerPoint.

• Download “this” presentation of PowerPoint

 and “this” audio file.

Most probably you would not be able to understand the audio and this is what is actually required, because if you understand the audio it would activate the left-brain.

In this exercise you need to make the left-brain as passive as possible, but not to make it suspended. If there are words the left brain remains active, but, if only music then this causes it to be suspended gradually.

The Audio has a special set of beats in it which perfectly synchronises with the movements of the Crown Chakra (I have personally customized it using Audacity).

However, if you have any religious issues with this audio, as it is in a Sanskrit language (Hinduism), then try to get an audio programme with binaural beats and play it in the background with words in a language which you can’t understand.

However I strongly recommend using this audio as there is nothing wrong with it, in my opinion.

• You should keep a vase with a few artificial/real flowers in it beside your computer desk.

• There should be only a blue/purple light in your room. You can use a candle bulb of blue colour for this purpose; however it should be a strong light, at least 60 watts. You can also use a cellophane paper of blue/purple colour around a bulb to produce the light.

• Take care that your head and shoulders should not be covered with any clothing, so the blue light can penetrate to whole of your head and shoulders.

Exercise

• First you should sit relaxed and do the breathing exercise as described in the previous article.

• You should complete 7 deep-breathing cycles.

• Prepare the violet energy ball and diffuse it into your Crown Chakra, as described in the previous article.

• Now sit in front of your computer screen with a minimum distance between your eyes and screen. Ideally it is the same distance with which you read books and articles on your computer.

• Open the presentation screen and the audio in media player.

• Play the audio in Media-player and quickly play the presentation in power-point in full screen view, you need to make a first click to start the presentation.

There should be no delay as this audio has to be synchronised with the presentation.

• Now gaze and focus at the centre of the circle (the black area) you need to think that this is not a circle, rather your own Crown Chakra, and try to find some faces in its centre.

There could be front views, side views or back views of male / female, human / animal or even alien faces whatever.

Please note that there actually are no faces in it, these faces would be a direct manifestation of your subconscious images.

• Wherever the circle moves, you only need to focus upon the centre of it without moving your head. Only move your eyes and the head should be straight looking.

• Once the audio is finished, change your angle immediately and watch the vase with flowers instead of the computer screen.

• You would see a quick clockwise motion of flowers and it would appear as if the flowers are completely distorted. This is spiral after-effect.

The spiral after-effect has the potential to charge counter clock wise neurons, which in return increase the right-brain activity dramatically.

• When the spiral effect is over and all things stabilise, quickly go into your bed and try to sleep. Most probably you will fall asleep very quickly. You should keep your meditation journal near to your bed with a pen.

The Effects

• From the day 1, you would notice that you are able to remember most of your dreams. Immediately write down these dreams when you awake on your meditation journal, and review them later in the day and try to remember the dream as it is written in the journal.

The dreams may also contain several messages from your Subconscious. Please refer to online dream dictionaries to help you decipher their meanings.

• You may experience semi-lucid dreams in the first few weeks.

• You would notice a sharp increase in your memory with every passing day.

• Interestingly, hypnotic trance state and ability of telekinesis are two major by-products of this exercise.

• On the first day of the exercise, the spiral after effect would be very fast and you may feel a little headache or dizziness.

• With the passage of time, almost in 3 to 4 weeks, the spiral after-effect would become slower and slower and this is a strong indication of success of your exercise.

• Further, whenever you would look upon the spiral before playing the presentation, you would feel as if the screen or spiral is moving clockwise or sliding down, this is also an indication of success of your exercise.

• This exercise should be in practice for a long duration of time, as it takes hardly 8 to 10 minutes each night. However, keep practicing it for one month at least without many delays.

Warning

• It must be done at night or in the day-time before sleeping.

• Never do this exercise when you have to drive a car afterwards, or to do any physical work.

• Always do this when 2 or more hours have passed after taking the dinner/meal.

On the successful completion of this exercise, your Crown Chakra is cleansed, activated, opened and fully operational.

With this all benefits associated with Crown Chakrawould definitely be experienced by you, and all other chakras would automatically be cleansed and functional.

In my opinion, even if someone is not able to hold a true meditation, this exercise alone is one of the most suitable substitutes for a true meditation.

When you are done with it then proceed to the next part of this series for further progress: What Are Chakras?

However, don’t forget to write all of your “strange” experiences in your meditation Journal.
