Body Language file was succesfully downloaded however i wasnt able to read its contents. what program could i use to open and read this file?

If you have a look where it says “other free ebooks” on this page, there is a link to a program that will allow you to open the file.
These books are compressed using winrar, so anything that can open rar files will be fine.

Most of the links to the ebooks are not working. They are going to some dowload page about free online storage and backup. I hope whoever is monitoring these ebooks

Hi Lisa, I just tried to check the links but the site hosting the files is down for maintenance, so i will have to wait a few hours and check again.
These books were working yesterday, and from what you describe you were being sent to the correct page.
When that page loads you just need to wait a few seconds for the download option to appear, and you will be able to download the books.

Awesome books, but I’ve been trying to download some of the “Other free self improvement ebooks” list without success. Lisa is right, the problem has not been fixed.

If you have a problem downloading a book please let me know which book you are having the problem with, so i can check it and fix it.
I spoke to Lisa personally by email, and the books she was unable to download were all working. There was a problem with her computer that was preventing her from accessing the books.

Sometimes the server hosting the books may go down for awhile, so try again later and it should work.

i cant download this book “body for life” i’ve downloaded it 3 times but when i try to open it it always says its either not a supported file or the file has been damaged.
is this an error with ADrive.com or my computer? is it possible this download isnt compatable with windows vista?

I have just download the book, and opened it without any problems.
This file is a .rar file and so requires something to open it. Have you opened any .rar files before? This program can open them.

The book is pdf, both .rar and pdf can be opened in vista.
Another thing you can check is the file size you have downloaded, it should be 38.0 mb. If the file you have downloaded is less than this, there may have been a problem downloading the file.
Before downloading it again go into “tools” in your internet browser, internet options, then click delete browsing history. Delete the temporary internet files, then try to download the file again.

I used either ways (right click and ‘’save target as” as well as click directly on the link and wait for another website to appear but it took nearly an hour and the site just loaded half) and still not working. I wonder if there is any problem with wireless connection. However never mind. You tried ur best. I’ll be back to download them later while keep on enjoying ur articles. They’re very helpful!

The site hosting the books seems to go down randomly, so if you have a problem try to download the books later.
If the site is taking more than a few minutes to load, just leave it and come back later.
Another thing you could try is to clear your internet temporary files. Sometimes when they are full, files will be downloaded but incompletely. Clearing your internet temp files will solve this.
