Face Tightening Exercise Videos – Series 1

This is series 1 of the free face exercise videos collection! These facial exercise videos were done by Jack Lalanne who is now into his 90s.
Update: Sadly, Jack Lalanne passed away at the age of 96. He was a remarkable person who was always so full of energy, and he seemed like a genuinely nice person too. It’s a shame that he is gone, but at least he was able to live a long and fruitful life and benefit many other lives in the process. Hopefully, these videos will allow him to continue to do that.
The face exercise videos on this page are from the Jack Lalanne show which ran from 1951-1985. The show covered a wide range of physical fitness and mental health subjects, although these particular videos just deal with facial muscle exercise.
Do face exercises work? Have a look at video 2 and see for yourself!
As you can probably see, Jack looks extremely young for his age. This is not surprising really because as you will discover, face tightening exercises are like having a natural face lift which is why they are sometimes called “face lift exercises”.
Face tightening exercises workout the muscles beneath your facial skin so that they don’t sag. As a result, face tightening exercises can help to keep your face looking young and make older faces look younger by reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Face Exercise Workout Program
For a free face tightening program, bookmark this page and do all, or some, of the videos on this page each day.
For that little bit of effort you will soon be rewarded with a younger and more attractive looking face! Just make sure that nobody is watching when you are doing your face exercises! ;)

These face exercise videos are in no particular order, so you can go through them as you please.
If you want to watch additional videos and extend your face tightening exercise program, you can do so with the videos in series 2 and series 3 which are also free to watch.
Note: Listed below each face exercise video is a description of what each video is about.

Just as the video cuts off Jack starts talking about an exercise to keep your hands looking young.
