Free Facial Exercises For The Eyes
The facial exercises in this article can be used to prevent or reduce wrinkles around the eyes. This includes the skin on the sides of your eyes (crow’s feet), droopy eyelids and bags underneath the eyes.
Be sure to clean your hands prior to doing any face exercise that requires you to touch your face. It is also recommended that you lightly moisturise your face.

Facial Exercise For Eyes
This face exercise is very easy to do, and will help to strengthen all the muscles around your eyes.
• Close one eye, gently pressing the top eyelid against the lower eyelid.
• Open your eye.
• Repeat this 50 times for each eye.
Facial Exercise For Crow’s Feet
Crow’s feet are the fine wrinkles people get in the outside corners of their eyes.
This face exercise can be used to prevent those wrinkles from appearing, or reduce the appearance of existing wrinkles.
• Place one finger vertically at the sides of each eye.
• Close your eyes working against the resistance created by your fingers.
• Open your eyes.
• Repeat this 20 times.
If you are doing this crow’s feet face exercise correctly, you should feel your fingers being pulled in slightly.
Face Exercise For Droopy Eyelids
As you age your eyelids will naturally start to sag. In some cases the eyelids can sag so much that they appear to cover most of the eyes.
This face exercise will help to prevent droopy eyelids from developing, or reduce the appearance of existing droopy eyelids.
• Place four fingers horizontally underneath the bottom of your eyebrows.
• Lower your eyebrows, pushing against the resistance created by your fingers.
• Raise your eyebrows.
• Repeat 30 times.
Note : This facial exercise for droopy eyelids can be done with both eyes at the same time, or one eye individually. You may get better control doing one eye at a time.
Face Exercise For Bags Underneath Eyes
Use this face exercise to prevent bags from appearing underneath the eyes, or remove/reduce existing bags.
• Place four fingers horizontally beneath your eyes, roughly in line with the end of your nose.
• Close your eye working against the resistance created by your fingers and hold momentarily.
• Open your eye and repeat 20 times.
• Repeat for the other eye.
If you are trying to address a specific area of your face, such as removing crow’s feet, removing droopy eyelids or removing bags underneath the eye, it is recommended that you do the specific facial exercises that target those areas of the face.
Otherwise it is best to do the first facial eye exercise, as it helps to strengthen all the surrounding eye muscles.
