Free Facial Exercises For The Nose & Cheeks
The facial exercises in this article can be used to help thin and shorten your nose, and lift your cheeks.
Before you do these face exercises, make sure you wash your hands first as you will be touching your face.

Face Exercise For The Nose
• Place your finger or thumb underneath the tip of your nose.
• Lift your nose up slightly with your finger or thumb.
• Press your nose down working against the resistance of your finger or thumb.
• Repeat 20 times.
Facial Exercise For Cheeks
This face exercise can be used to help tone up your cheeks.
• Place your fingers horizontally on the top of your cheeks just beneath your eyes.
• Smile, moving the corners of your mouth upwards.
• As you smile you should feel the resistance created by the weight of your fingers.
• Hold momentarily and then relax.
• Repeat 20 times.
Alternative Face Exercise For Cheeks
This face exercise will help to tone up the middle area of your cheeks, whereas the previous facial exercise targeted the top of the cheeks.
• Place 2 fingers above the corners of your mouth, roughly at the level of the end of your nose.
• Smile, raising the corners of your mouth upwards.
• You will know when you have the right position because you will feel the muscles of your cheeks lift your fingers up.
• Hold momentarily and then relax.
• Repeat 20 times.
When doing these face exercises it is a good idea to moisturise your face lightly before you start doing the face lifting.
