Meditation For Health & Beauty

In the last article, we looked into a practical way we can achieve internal piece and calmness, and relieve ourselves from stress and other negative emotions.

Now we will see how a true meditation could be used to heal life threatening diseases, and to acquire long lasting beauty.

However, it should again be noted that especially for all health & healing related meditations, the activation of Crown Chakra is imperative.

So please activate your crown chakra as described in previous articles, before proceeding further.

The Purpose

This meditation could be done for following the purposes effectively;

• To heal any disease, including severe injuries.
• To heal acne, pimples, scars and other skin infections.
• To regain youth & beauty.
• To become attractive & good looking.

Step 1: Arrangements

• First download “this“ audio (I have customized this with Audacity to produce binaural beats and to combine it with some other sounds)

• Keep the mirror at a distance of some meters in front of you, and you should be able to see your face clearly in it from distance. But don’t keep it too close.

• Use a strong bulb of at least 60 watts with green light if you are healing a disease, and Soft pink light if you are doing for beauty.

• Turn off all other lights & Spray a room spray with a floral odor, such as Rose or Jasmine, or whatever you like the best.

• You need to find a few flowers of different colours or any colours other then yellow & orange. The flowers should be fully opened (not a bud).

• If you are doing for beauty, then try to find a flower of pink or white colour. The flowers should be natural, not artificial. Also note that you will need fresh flowers everyday. 

Step 2: The Exercise

• Now while lying down, keep your hands at your face, so that your face will be covered under them. Your hands will be in a book like position, in which your nose would be at center of both hands.

• Try to lightly massage your face and neck.

• Do this massage for a few minutes.

• If for any reason you are unable to do it, then you may skip this exercise section.

Step 3: The Breathing

• First lie down in a relaxed position and then take deep breathes.

• Inhale with your nose while imaging that a bright green light or a soft pink light (if you are doing for beauty) is going inside to your heart & full body, and then hold it for a few seconds.

• Exhale through your mouth while your lips make an “O” shape. Imagine that black light is going out of your mouth.

• This is one cycle, complete 7 cycles like this. 

Step 4: The Meditation

• Now sit in front of the mirror and hold flowers in both hands as shown in the above picture of Hindu Goddess of Wealth & Beauty.

• Play the audio and focus on the flowers at your right hand in the mirror.

• Try to feel all the emotions / stories associated with this flower. Try to appreciate its beauty and softness. If you don’t know anything or don’t want to associate it with anything, just keep looking onto the flowers with empty mind. Then if you want, you can change your angle and start looking at your left hand in the mirror.

• In the music there will be no lyrics till a certain period, as long as there is only music keep your eyes opened and focus on flowers in both hands.

• Just as you listen to some lyrics in the music, close your eyes softly and immediately and then lightly touch flowers in your right hand to the organ which you require to heal.

For example, if you have a heart problem, touch flowers to your chest, if eyes, then touch them on your eyes, if you are doing for beauty then touch flowers to your cheeks.

In short, whatever disease you want to heal, touch the flowers on the body area associated with it.

If you want to heal acne, scars or injuries then touch them with the flowers.

Note that when you touch them, it does not mean that you remove the touch immediately; rather let them rest at the point till the end of audio.

Most probably you will not understand the meaning of language (this audio is also in Sanskrit).

• As you touch, start feeling and imaging that bright colours and healing energies are being transferred from the flowers to the part of body the flowers are touched.

• Once the audio is finished, you may want to sleep. You should allow yourself to sleep as soon as possible. If you are not feeling like to sleep, you can do anything you want to, however sleeping is recommended.

Note: If you see a lion, lizard, crocodile or blood in the dreams afterwards, it indicates that your disease will take considerable time to heal.

Mostly it is around 4 to 6 months, please don’t avoid it then and you should be doing this meditation as long as your medical reports show a considerable progress     

This meditation could be done anytime when you are not feeling well. However, I suggest that it should be done once in fifteen days so there would be less chance you become ill.

If you are suffering from life threatening diseases, such as cancer or diabetes, then keep doing it for 8 to 10 months continuously and then give it gaps and do it on weekly basis.

In the next article, we will see the way meditation can be used to actively communicate with the subconscious mind and remove deeply engrained negative beliefs and emotions.
