Exercise is a must if you want to lose 10 pounds, so you need to find somewhere to fit it into your schedule.
Since you probably work throughout most of the day, that really leaves you with two options: exercise in the morning or exercise in the evening after work.
Whatever you choose doesn’t matter, as it really comes down to what you prefer and what is most convenient for you.

What does count is that you exercise the times you say you are going to exercise. So if you are not a morning person and struggle to get up every morning, it’s probably not a good idea to schedule your workout first thing in the morning.
In terms of what types of exercise you should do to lose 10 pounds, again, that comes down to personal preference as it is important you do something you enjoy.

Reward Yourself When You Lose 10 Pounds
People respond best when they receive rewards for completing goals they set for themselves. Receiving rewards also tends to increase a person’s level of motivation for the next goal they set themselves.
For this reason, it is very important that you treat yourself when you lose 10 pounds, or even just treat yourself for sticking to your diet for a whole week.

These treat days will make your weight loss seem much more enjoyable, which means you will be far more likely to continue your weight loss efforts rather than giving up on them after a few weeks.
If you want to eat junk food on your treat days, go ahead. If you are sticking to your exercise and diet plan, having one day a week where you eat junk won’t hurt your weight loss efforts in the long run.
Of course if you end up eating junk on non treat days, then you will hurt your weight loss efforts!
