How To Do A True Meditation

The True Meditation

So far in this series, we have examined all three crucial laws which operate actively for the creation of circumstances and manifestation of our desires and goals.

We also looked deeply into the subject of the seven chakras and the ways to make them operational and active. Now we will finally see how one can truly perform a real meditation.

It would be required that first you practice the practical exercise for activating the Crown Chakra, and once you have done it constantly for at least 1 month, only then should you proceed to this. Otherwise you may not be able to experience the benefits completely.

The Purpose

First, identify for what purpose do you want to meditate? The following are some of the purposes, out of many, which a true meditation could easily fulfill;

• To remove deeply engraved negative subconscious emotions.

• To reprogram the subconscious mind to achieve a particular goal.

• To heal any disease, including severe injuries.

• To heal acne, pimples, scars and other skin infections.

• To recover from severe trauma, stress, depression or a nervous break down.

• To find information or answer to a particular question.

• To send/receive telepathic subconscious signals.

Now for the purpose of convenience, I am dividing these purposes into three groups as each group will have its unique method of meditation.

Pre-Requisite

For any kind of meditation and for any purpose, the following are the prerequisites in order to really achieve success;

• A fully operational and active Crown Chakra.

• Proper knowledge and understanding of Law of Attention, Law of Schism and Law of Intention.

• A full size mirror in which you can easily see yourself completely while sitting.

• A Symbol (This will be explained latter)

• Night bulbs of different colours.

• A nice scent / fragrance.

• A calm and quite area with good sound system or a pair of Headphones.

Meditation A : The Peace And Calmness

This Meditation is basically aimed for maintaining internal peace, calmness and relaxation for mind & body.

If you have suffered or are suffering from any kind of stress, depression, grief or any negative emotion which is causing you great trouble to focus on any matter.

Or is causing you constant emotional pain, or you are unable to sleep at night then this meditation is best to start with.

Please note that don’t think this meditation is only a distracter and when you return to your original reality, you will still face the pain and stress.

Basically, to do any task or solve any problem, first we need peace of mind and a sharp level of focus. This is exactly what this meditation will bring, and then once it is achieved you could switch to another form of meditation which will practically help you to solve your problem.

Step 1: Arrangements

 

• First download “this audio” (I have customized this with Audacity to produce binaural beats and to combine it with some other sounds)

• Keep the mirror at a distance of some meters in front of you and you should be able to see your face clearly in it from distance. But don’t keep it too close.

• Use a strong bulb of at least 60 watts with blue or green light. Blue light is recommended. Turn off all other lights. Spray a nice scent or room spray which you find very relaxing.

• You need to find a symbol of peace and tranquility which you could easily hold in both hands. For example, you may take feathers of white pigeon, peacock or big white fur.

You may also take a religious symbol such as holy cross, a rosary or any other symbolic article which is associated with your religion.

In short, it could be anything which your mind recognises and feels as a symbol of peace and happiness. 

Step 2: The Exercise

• Now while lying down, try to touch your toes. It will cause you to bend ahead.

• Touch your toes, wait for a few seconds and then again lay down back.

• Bend front and back like this 4 times.

• If for any reason you are unable to do it then you may skip the exercise section.

Step 3: The Breathing

• First lie down in a relaxed position and then take deep breaths.

• Inhale with your nose while imaging that a blue lights is going inside to your brain, and then hold it for a few seconds.

• Exhale through your mouth while your lips would make an “O” shape. Imagine that black light is going out of your mouth.

• This is one cycle, complete 7 cycles like this. 

Step 4: The Meditation

• Now Sit in front of the mirror and hold your symbol in both hands.

• Play the audio and focus on the symbol at your right hand in the mirror.

• Try to feel all the emotions / stories associated with this symbol. Try to appreciate its meaning.

If you don’t know anything or don’t want to associate it with anything, just keep looking onto the symbol with empty mind.

Then if you want, you can change your angle and start looking at your left hand in the mirror.

• In the music there will be no voices till a certain period, as long as there is only music keep your eyes opened and focus on symbols in both hands.

• Just as you listen to a voice in the music, close your eyes softly and immediately, and then just listen to the music.

You don’t have to imagine anything, just keep your mind focused only onto the music. If any kind of thoughts come into your mind, let them come and go themselves. Don’t notice them and don’t react.

Most probably you will not understand the meaning of language (this audio is in Sanskrit) and this is what exactly required.

• You simply have to do nothing, sitting idle and listening to the music is all.

• Once the audio is finished, you may be willing to sleep. You should allow yourself to sleep as soon as possible. If you are don’t feel like sleeping, you can do anything you want to, however sleeping is recommended.

You will feel a lot better after this and when you wake up, you will feel as if you are a new person with new energy levels. You may see some dreams also which may contain good messages for you.

Note: Please note that no matter how interesting or peaceful you find this audio, don’t play it other times.

Only play it when you are meditating, otherwise its connection with the meditation and symbols will be lost and you may also loose your interest in it.

The Benefits

• It could easily normalise your blood pressure.

• Depression and stress is relieved instantly.

• Balances the emotional and logical level of hemispheres, and let you take a sound decision without any internal or external distracters.

• Invokes internal peace and happiness and burns out negative emotions such as anger, revenge, annoyance and sadness.

This meditation could be done anytime, when you feel like you need peace and calmness. However, I suggest that it should be done once in fifteen days.

If you are suffering from chronic stress or sadness then keep doing it for 7 to 9 days continuously, and then give it gaps and do it on weekly basis.
