Positive Thinking For Good Health

In this article and the next, I will share with you a lecture that I saw about a year ago. The information in it quite literally changed my life.

The lecture was given by a man named Bruce Lipton and the subject was the mind-body connection. He revealed that we are not slaves to our DNA, we are the masters.

Thoughts Affect The Body

This went against everything I had previously learnt about Biology and Genetics. I was taught that our genetic makeup, our DNA, determined almost everything about us and there was little we could do about it.

However, the lecture given by Bruce Lipton provided compelling evidence that our environment is actually the controlling factor for the expression of DNA. What this means is that your thoughts and the way you feel, have a profound influence on your body.

Positive Thinking For Good Health?

If you are skeptical about “positive thinking” or are trying to adopt a more positive outlook, I strongly recommend that you watch these lectures. But if you don’t have time here is the basic idea.

Affect Of Negative Thinking On Health

Negative thoughts and feelings (i.e. anger, resentment, fear, stress) towards yourself or others, harms the body by slowing down growth and healing. This makes you more susceptible to disease and accelerates aging.

Affect Of Positive Thinking On Health

Positive thinking and positive feelings (i.e. love, happiness) towards yourself or others, allows the body to concentrate on growth and healing. This strengthens your immune system and lengthens your life.

Wow. Look at all the additions. haha. Keeping you busy as well.

In addition to the above, I think it actually goes beyond that. You see if we actually have positive thoughts, well this encourages feelings of empathy to come to the surface. When this happens it literally changes our internal frequency. Internal frequency is what gives us our symmetry as organisms. This combined with what is being stimulated actually encourages our evolution to take place for it allows the cell structure to change based on the resonating factor of the actual cells. It begs to question why science has not embraced this notion. But all it takes is a simple experiment of vibration and water in a cup to see how intricate the patterns become to realize that there is a correlation between what is happening and the patterns in nature. I simply don’t get the frame of mind of man sometimes. For it relates everything to oneself and it actually limits the amount of information one will take in. Evolution is all about combining ideas, and ironically when a new idea catches on, it has meaning, it has purpose and it is combination of a few ideas. Exactly how evolution works. Our bodies are no different and intelligent design is most definitely a factor in who we become as people. And it all starts with positive thoughts which lead to a rise in emotion, emotion allows us to have drive, drive allows us to adapt, adaptation allows us to experience physical stimulus, physical stimulus shapes our outer appearance and it is all structured by frequency and vibration.

I have no credentials tacked to my name, but if I did it would be “Dr. of Openess”. I have recently lost a daughter due to her physical death. It took @ a yr. of keeping too busy so as not to except it. I did and do. Then I had a dream: She communicated directly that we could still have a relationship withone another. I believe it and am acting on it. I am excited after viewing the video ‘Effects of thoughts on the body’ , which I did have belief in, but now I have knowledge that I have the power to actually change my physical receptors to recieve what I focus my intent upon. I have every intention to keep an ongoing relationship with my daughter. It makes so much sense! AFTER ALL…..WHAT IS MISSED IS THE RELATIONSHIP! I just needed to verbalize this.

  3. Grammar please Says:

It’s “affect” not “effect”. Thoughts affect the body or create an effect, not the other way around.

  4. Grammar please Says:

And you lynn bogosian, you already excepted her death, what you meant is accept! Does anyone know how to speak & write english around here???
