Subconscious Self Defense

The following article was written by Mr. Kim, who is from Pakistan. He is a student of neuro-psychology, and interested in topics related to self-improvement, social relationships, mind sciences and metaphysics.

Protecting Your Subconscious From Negative Beliefs

A Paradoxical intention or a magic spell only works if the receiver’s subconscious mind is either weak or open to any incoming instructions.

When we have a belief that intentions or spells can affect us or can cause us some harm, we basically allow our subconscious mind to accept any harmful incoming instructions.

The person who firmly believes that no intention or spell can harm him/her in any way, instruct their mind to not to receive any harmful information and therefore creates a kind of firewall to all these “viral attacks”.

So one of the easiest ways to be protected from external harmful instructions, is to consciously instruct the subconscious to not accept any such information, and always believe that no such intentions/spells can harm you in any way.

Mediation is one of the safest and easiest ways to instruct the subconscious, and how this should be done will be explained in detail in the upcoming parts of this series.

Internal Protection

The Second protection very much needed is from harmful internal instructions. That is Paradoxical Intention.

You need to be aware of the fact that your own negative thoughts can cause a potential success to be turned into a gross failure.

So, like you need to protect your subconscious from external harmful instructions, similarly you need to not consciously send any negative intentions to your subconscious which may cause you to face an unexpected failure.

To understand this further, please re-read the example of the mother and her child as mentioned in the previous article.

In A Nutshell

So far we have learnt that the Law of Intention has the power to create circumstances, and it has been briefly described to you the mechanism which governs this creation of circumstances.

You will have noticed that the subconscious plays a very vital role in all three laws. Meditation serves as a very powerful and helpful tool to communicate with your subconscious, and to find the solutions to your problems.

Further, a true meditation can invoke most of the subconscious abilities such as telepathy, hypnotism, remote viewing, astral travel, out of body experiences and healing.

Significance Of Theory Over Practice

It is very important that you should know all of the theory before you start the practice.

Many people experience failure in invoking these powers because they first don’t sufficiently try to understand the theory and mechanism behind it.

Therefore as the Law of Intention states, only those powers and things can be manifested which are in the knowledge of a person.

So this is one of the major reasons why I have first explained to you in great detail the laws and mechanisms involved behind these processes.

The understanding of these hidden mechanisms is also important to satisfy our left-brain i.e. the conscious mind.

Suppose you start doing a practice of which your logical mind cannot find any reasons for doing. In this situation it would not help or assist you, and so your progress would be slow and uncertain.

Uncertain in the sense that if the logical mind finds your practice illogical, it would not cooperate with the subconscious and thus as you don’t have control over dreams, similarly you would not have control over your subconscious abilities.

For example, you might be able to invoke telepathic abilities by constant rituals, but it would not be certain to occur every time. Sometimes it would work, sometimes it would not work.

You would not even be certain of your abilities, and sometimes they may even deceive you and give you wrong or useless information.

However this rule does not apply to those people who are born with these abilities, but rather it applies to those who invoke these latent abilities.

Therefore, a logical understanding of your practices and avoidance of placebo rituals, work as a catalyst to your practice.

Those results which people experience after years of mediation, can then be experienced after just a couple of weeks or months. This is guaranteed.

Starting from the next part of this article, we shall start looking into practical ways and exercises by which we can start doing a true meditation and experience tremendous benefits.

But again I would advise you very strongly to get a good understanding of all the previous parts, and when you are sure of your understanding only then should you start doing any of the practical exercises.

In the next article we will look at the health of the brain and meditation.
