Resolving Conflicts
It is a simple fact of life that the more people you meet, the greater the likelihood that you will come into conflict with someone.
Conflicts can occur over minor issues, such as who gets to sit where at a table, or they can occur over more significant things, such as two countries disputing over economic issues.
However, regardless of the type of conflict, they all have one thing in common, two parties which disagree with each other.
In order to resolve a conflict therefore, one must be able to come to some sort of agreement that is acceptable to both parties involved.
This section looks at how you can do that by studying the art of conflict management and how you can use conflict resolution skills to prevent future conflicts from occurring.
