Subconscious Mind Meditation

Meditation For The Subconscious Mind

In the last article, we looked that how we can heal ourselves to recover from several diseases and how to become beautiful & attractive.

Now in this final part of this series, we will see how we can communicate with our subconscious mind and solve many of our problems with the powers of our mind alone.

The Purpose

This meditation could be done for following purposes effectively.

• To remove deeply engrained negative subconscious beliefs.

• To reprogram the subconscious mind to achieve a particular goal.

• To find information or answer to a particular question.

• To send/receive telepathic subconscious signals.

Subconscious Meditation Step 1: Arrangements

• First download “this“ audio (I have customized this with Audacity to produce binaural beats and to combine it with some other sounds)

• Keep the mirror at a distance of some meters in front of you, and you should be able to see your face clearly in it from distance. But don’t keep it too close.

• Use a night bulb (12 watts maximum) in blue colour. Turn off all other lights, and Spray a room spray which you like the best.

• You need to find a medium sized book (any book) to hold in your right hand and a rod (plastic / wooden / iron) to hold in your left hand. 

Subconscious Meditation Step 2: The Breathing

• Sit in a relaxed position and then take a few deep breaths.

• Inhale with your nose while imaging that a golden light is going inside to your heart and full body, and then hold it for a few seconds.

• Exhale through your mouth while your lips make an “O” shape. Imagine that silver light is going out of your mouth.

• This is one cycle, complete 7 cycles like this. 

Subconscious Meditation Step 3: The Meditation

• Now sit in front of the mirror and hold the symbols in both hands.

• Play the audio and focus on your whole image in the mirror. You should be smiling slightly.

• Revise in your mind the image which you are looking into the mirror is not of your conscious self, rather this is the image of your aura / subconscious mind.

• You should revise this affirmation five to seven times that “My subconscious self is directly in front of me”.

• In the music there will be no lyrics till a certain period, as long as there is only music keep your eyes open and focus on your image in the mirror.

• Just as you listen to some lyrics in the music, close your eyes and try to visualise your image which you were seeing in the mirror, holding symbols in both hands.

• As the audio ends (it’s a relatively short audio) open your eyes and communicate your matter with your image in the mirror. Don’t change your sitting style, keep sitting and holding the symbols as is.

Subconscious Meditation Step 4: The Communication

• If you are doing meditation to find and remove wrong subconscious beliefs, then communicate with your image that which are you afraid of.

• How would you discuss your problem with your image, if it had no knowledge of it at all? Don’t assume that it knows everything already.

• The time when you would be communicating this problem with your image is very crucial because at this time whatever thoughts and emotions would be arising in your mind, your subconscious will be actively noticing them and most probably will act accordingly to solve the problem.

• If you believe that something harmful is stored in your subconscious mind, such as fear of something or some other negative belief which is hurdling in your success, communicate this matter in detail with it and try to persuade it to remove this deadlock. Use as much logical arguments as you can.

• If you are willing to find an answer for some particular question, ask the question and suggest all possible answers or theories which you think could be right. 

• You may instruct your mind to not to receive any harmful paradoxical intentions and signals from other subconscious minds.

• For this you simply need to communicate with it that why do you want it, and how harmful it could be if it remains open for such negative signals. Again, use as much logical arguments as you can.

• If you are willing to achieve a certain goal, for example to get wealthy, to regain health, to become self-disciplined etc., communicate it in detail while stating in clear terms what your goal is.

Why you want to achieve this goal, and what strategies are you considering to meet this goal. The discussion should be in detail.

The Subconscious Replies

If during meditation with your subconscious mind you feel that a question is arising from deep inside you, stop talking and listen to this question. This is a reply from your subconscious mind.

It’s better if you repeat this question verbally while looking at the image. Then first reply to this question sufficiently until you yourself feel satisfied.

If you can’t satisfy yourself, you need to first find a satisfactory answer to this question before proceeding further.

It means you have to end your meditation and then first find an answer to that question yourself, once you have that answer, resume the communication again in a new meditation.

The subconscious mind may object upon any of your actions of daily lives or theories/ values and beliefs. These are very important to be addressed.

It is highly likely that you look for something else and your mind will start telling you something else.

Whatever it is telling you during your meditation, no matter how illogical it appears, it has some great connection with your problem and you should address this inner question of your mind first.

For example, during a meditation you may ask your mind what should you do in order to become wealthy and prosperous and in response you again and again feel sad for your relationship issues.

So, this is a kind of contradictory reply, but has deeply hidden subconscious connection with your problem.

If during your meditation you become emotional or start weeping, let it be done and don’t stop yourself until it is stopped itself.

The Meditation Success

If after your meditation you feel peaceful and satisfied from inside and feel that now nothing has been left-out, it means you have successfully communicated your problem with your subconscious mind. This signals your meditation has been a success.

In most cases, due to questions of mind and because we don’t have answers at that time, it takes 3 to 4 meditation sessions to successfully communicate an issue.

With the passage of time, when you get better in communicating with your subconscious mind during meditation.

It becomes a sort of friend of yours, and also it asks you to do certain tasks to improve your life and satisfy your inner desires. This can make meditation benefical for your whole life.

The Solution

Once you have successfully communicated an issue with your subconscious mind during meditation, and feel satisfied from the inside as well, then forget about it and let it go.

Automatically, you will find your answers and solutions with the passage of time. Mostly the situation is solved within 3 months after a successful meditation.

Keep an eye on your dreams as these are one of the primary methods with which it suggests solutions.

The abovementioned meditation method is a very powerful way for subconscious communications, and its implications are endless.

This meditation method could be used virtually for every purpose, as it has no bounds. I strongly suggest that you should give this form of meditation a try and see the results yourself.
