Success Notes Page 7

• Never worry or become upset about things you can’t change, only focus on what you can do.

• The things that matter most should never be governed by the things that matter least.

• A person is the sum total of their past experiences.

• Success comes from what you do after you do what is expected of you.

• If you cannot save more than you spend, the seeds of greatest are not within you.

• Accept the good things that happen in your life, and don’t try to tell other people it was due to luck or some other factor. Otherwise you will feel like a fraud in your life, never worthy of achieving high levels of success because internally you don’t think you are good enough.

• How you react to situations is stored in your subconscious. These responses are then later used to determine how you will react to similar future situations.

• Forgive yourself for all the bad things you have done in the past, because everyone has done bad things in their life.

• Worry is negative imagination. It is a sustained form of fear caused by indecision. 40% of the things you worry about never happen, 30% of the things you worry about are in the past and nothing you can do about, 12% are worries about health, 10% were worries about small irrelevant issues, such as if someone will call you or if you have enough change. Only 8% of worries are about significant issues, and half of those worries (4%) are outside your control – From a study done on what people worry about.

• Everything you eat affects your body in some way. Everything you let into you mind affects your mind someway. Feed your mind the same way you would feed your body. Carefully.

• Every single overnight success is preceded by years of hard work and sacrifice.

• Diamonds don’t look like diamonds when you first find them.

• There is no such thing as “just one more” when it comes to an addiction.

• The biggest single time waster is people who are going no where with their lives and want company.

• To be successful learn to work harder on yourself than you do on your job.

• Welcome all experiences, because you never know which one is going to teach you that valuable lesson which ends up turning your life around.

• Never give up until you get the results you are trying to achieve.

• Failures are the fertilizers of success. They stink and are unpleasant, but they make things grow.

• Nobody knows everything. Ask yourself every day, what can I learn today that I didn’t know before?

• The harder you work the luckier you get.

• Success can very often be the biggest enemy of success, because it can trap you in your comfort zone. When you are in your comfort zone you begin coasting, and when you do there is only one way to go, down. Continually set yourself higher and more challenging goals to avoid this trap.

• Your level of income follows your level of personal growth.
