Thought-Forms And How They Affect Your Life
While the concept of the soul has been well understood in ancient civilisations, western society is just beginning to get a grip on it.

The Abraham teachings teach that emotion is the result of a feedback mechanism from the soul.
Their explanation is that the soul has lived many lifetimes to which it has acquired a great deal of wisdom, and this wisdom is available to everybody, via their emotions.
It is as simple as âpositive emotionâ meaning that one is in tune with their spirit, and ânegative emotionâ meaning they are out of whack.
Most people are unaware of this, and seem to blame their outside environment for how they internally feel. This is incorrect, as all things come from within.

Fears & Phobias Of The Subconscious Mind
Most of us are unaware of the fears and phobias that torment our subconscious mind. Yet we feel down, we feel sick, we dread doing thingâs in our life and find we fall into unpleasant circumstances.
This is because our subconscious mind is delivering messages to us on a deeper level, messages that arenât who we really are.
These messages are a result of childhood experiences, which are negative. They can also be past life experiences, or genetic experiences.
When we believe and think about the thoughtâs which these traumas create, they grow and become powerful in their own.
They often sabotage our efforts for a better life, and work to attract the same events and situations into our life.

How many times have you heard⊠âI know heâs not right for me, but I just canât let him goâ? Even stage fright is subconscious self sabotage.
The subconscious mind is afraid of us doing certain things, so as a self-defence mechanism it sends signals to the brain to alter our choice of thought, and therefore our action.
In most cases, these thoughts sabotage us and attract to us the things we donât like.
One common fear, is the fear of evil. This fear can keep people away from precious knowledge, and give them an overall negative impression of the world.
All in all, fear of evil is the worst fear of them all. Thoughts go deeper than the mind. Thoughts can stem from anywhere in the body, I shall explain this in more detail for you.
Living Thoughts Inside A Living Body
In Yoga and Tai Chi, it is known that blockages can occur in the meridians or the chakras of the body, which these disciplines aim to remove.

You can also remove blockages through affirmations. Why? Because blockages are actually negative thought-forms, I will explain a bit more about thought-forms.
What Are Thought Forms?
A thought-form is a packet of psychic energy living in the higher planes (the world of energy and thought, that which is known as the fourth dimension), thought-forms can be external creatures or internal.
They are a living organism, they have a consciousness and they are created by thought. A positive thought-form fits perfectly into your soul-system, a negative one blocks it.
Very large negative thought-forms create disease. Disease ALWAYS stems from a negative thought-form. You have to change the thoughts to truly remove the disease, or it will keep coming back or reappear in other forms.
(The famous Louise L. Hay discovered this, and has written many books on the subject).
Whoa! This may sound a bit far-fetched. Let me ask you, when you feel fearful or scared or depressed, where do you feel it?
It is most likely you feel it in your body, this is because the thought-form is living inside of you! Letâs take a look at the 3 simple steps of how a thought becomes a thought-form.
A thought begins as a thought, it then evolves into a belief, the third step is a thought-form. Thought-forms can make millionaires out of slaves, happiness out of depression, success out of nothing.

It works like this. The thought-form keeps spinning around inside of you, attracting thoughts of a like minded vibration.
So you may be thinking⊠âIâm great, Iâm fantastic!â then âI look great, I feel awesomeâ and this may very well take you towards extremely high self esteem which will prove beneficial in your career and relationships.
It soundâs awesome and I am sure most of you canât wait to start creating thought-forms, by chanting, changing your beliefs to positive ones, doing affirmations and building positive thoughts!
However some of you have probably already tried using these techniques, but have not had much success with them. In the next article we will examine why this could be.
